This policy explains what personal information we collect when you buy or use The Minimalist Hybrid Athlete, how we use it, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Andrés Gómez, based in Colombia.

1. Information we collect

• Purchase information. When you buy the Product, our payment provider collects your name, email address, and billing details to complete the transaction.
• Support information. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your full payment card details are handled directly by Lemon Squeezy under their own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver the Product and give you access to your downloads.
• To respond to support requests and process refunds.
• To send you essential updates about the Product you purchased.

4. Cookies and tracking

This site does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. We load web fonts from Google Fonts to display the page. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business — primarily our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) and, where applicable, our email delivery provider. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention

We keep purchase records for as long as needed to provide support, honor refunds, and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.

7. Your rights

The Product is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
